Yacht Broker — Sale & Charter

We are growing our Palma sale and charter brokerage desk and are looking for a broker to manage a portfolio of listings from 24 m to 70 m, running viewings, sea trials and charter bookings across our managed fleet and third-party listings.

The role blends new business development with a base retainer and commission on completed sales and charter contracts, so a proven track record generating and closing leads matters more than a fixed book of clients on day one. We are looking for someone established in the Western Mediterranean yacht market with existing relationships among captains, managers and owners' representatives.
