Shipyard Manager — Refit Yard

We are looking for a shipyard manager to run the full refit and haul-out operation at our Genoa facility, covering the travel lift schedule, workshop trades (composite, paint, mechanical, rigging) and health and safety compliance across a yard that handles yachts up to 60 m through the winter season.

You will lead department heads across the trades, manage the yard's capacity plan against incoming refit bookings, and be the senior point of contact for owners' representatives and captains during multi-month projects. We are looking for someone with a decade of yard or marina operations experience, comfortable running several concurrent refit projects and holding subcontractors to schedule and quality standards.
