Marine Diesel Mechanic — Refit Yard

We are hiring a marine diesel mechanic for main engine, generator and gearbox overhauls on yachts hauled out at our Genoa yard, working across a mix of MTU, Caterpillar and Volvo Penta plant depending on the boat.

Work ranges from routine service intervals during a short haul-out to full engine room overhauls during a winter refit, including fuel system diagnostics, gearbox and shaft alignment work, and generator troubleshooting. We are looking for someone with a solid diesel mechanical background across multiple engine brands and comfortable working to a tight refit schedule.
