KVKK Application Form

You may submit requests under KVKK art. 11 (access, correction, deletion, portability, objection) using this form.

Try the panel first

Both of these are on the Account page of your panel, and both work today:

• Download your data: a full copy, as a file.
• Delete account: permanent deletion.

Applying by form — the channel is not open yet

There is no address to send this form to today. The data controller's identity has not been published, and neither an e-mail address nor a registered (KEP) address has been opened for applications. We would rather say this than print a channel that nobody answers. The status of that work is on the Registrations and permissions page.

When the channel opens, an application will need to carry:

• Full name and the e-mail registered to your account,
• Subject of the request (access / correction / deletion / portability / objection),
• Reason and scope of the request.

KVKK art. 13 gives the controller 30 days to answer an application, free of charge. That clock starts with a filed application, so it cannot start before the channel above exists — meanwhile the two panel routes at the top of this page remain the ones that actually work.
