We are looking for a shipping operations manager to run voyage planning, port call coordination and daily reporting for our managed bulk and tanker fleet, sitting between the commercial chartering desk and the vessels themselves.
You will monitor voyage progress, resolve port agent and bunkering issues as they come up, and keep the operations desk running smoothly across multiple time zones as vessels move between load and discharge ports. We are looking for someone with strong operational experience in dry bulk or tanker trades, calm under the pressure of an unplanned port delay or weather routing change.
