Port Captain — Fleet Support

We are hiring a port captain to support masters across our fleet with cargo operations, port state control preparation and troubleshooting during port calls, travelling to vessels when a call needs someone on board rather than on the phone.

Expect regular travel to load and discharge ports, direct involvement in cargo claim investigations, and a close working relationship with the operations desk on schedule recovery when a port call runs into delay. We are looking for a former master with strong cargo operations experience who is comfortable being the fleet's most senior sea-going voice ashore.
