Crew Coordinator — Fishing Fleet Desk

A second coordinator role at our Split desk, dedicated to our fishing fleet clients rather than the yacht side of the business — scheduling relief crew around fishing seasons, tracking discharge book and certificate validity, and handling the faster turnaround typical of fishing vessel manning.

The role works remotely with occasional office days, well suited to someone who already understands fishing fleet crewing patterns and can manage relief scheduling around short notice vessel departures. Strong local candidate network on the Croatian coast is an advantage.
