Crew Coordinator — Placements

We are looking for a crew coordinator to run day-to-day candidate screening, document checks and placement scheduling for our Adriatic crewing desk, covering both yacht crew and commercial ratings across our client fleet.

The role involves constant phone and message contact with candidates and clients, chasing certificate renewals ahead of a placement, and keeping the placement calendar accurate as contract dates shift. We are looking for someone organised and comfortable juggling dozens of active candidates at once without losing track of deadlines.
