Charter Manager — Fleet Bookings

We are looking for a charter manager to run bookings and guest logistics for our managed charter fleet across the Balearics and Western Mediterranean, working directly with captains and crew on itinerary planning and with clients on contracts, payments and pre-charter paperwork.

The role is fully remote with occasional travel to Palma for fleet meetings, well suited to someone who already knows the charter calendar rhythm and can juggle several concurrent bookings through the peak summer season. Strong client-facing communication and a solid grasp of MYBA-style charter contract terms are expected.
