Refit Project Manager — Shipyard

We are looking for a project manager to run refit projects on yachts up to 60 m at our shipyard in Antibes, from short technical calls between charter seasons to multi-month interior and systems refits during the winter lay-up period.

Scope definition and quotations, subcontractor and workshop coordination, budget and schedule tracking, and direct communication with the owner's representative and the captain are all part of the role. We are looking for someone with at least six years managing refit or new-build projects on yachts, comfortable running several projects in parallel during the busy winter season and handling handover and warranty follow-up after each delivery.
