••• runs a 180-berth marina alongside a working refit yard on the Genoa waterfront, handling everything from weekend visitors to yachts hauled out for a winter refit. We need a dockmaster to run daily berthing operations, coordinate lift and haul-out slots with the yard team and keep the basin safe during the busy spring and summer arrivals.
You will supervise a small berthing crew, manage mooring lines and fender plans for visiting yachts up to 50 m, and be the first point of contact for captains and owners' representatives arriving in port. Experience running a marina berth plan and comfort dealing directly with crew under time pressure during a busy arrival day are both essential.
