Rigger — Refit Yard

We are looking for a rigger to handle mast unstepping and stepping, standing and running rigging inspection and replacement for the sailing yachts that pass through our Genoa yard, alongside crane and travel-lift assisted lifting work on motor yachts.

Daily work covers wire and rod rigging tension checks, splicing and terminal fitting replacement, and safe slinging for spar and rig removal during winter storage. We are looking for someone confident working aloft and around crane operations, with a good understanding of rig tuning across a range of sailing yacht sizes.
