Marine Mechanic — Outboard & Tender Service

A second mechanic role at our Genoa yard, this one focused on outboard engines, tender drivelines and small-craft systems rather than main engine room work — servicing the tenders and support craft that come off the superyachts we host for refit each winter.

Daily work covers outboard servicing across common brands, sterndrive and jet drive maintenance, and battery and electrical troubleshooting on tenders. We are looking for someone with a dedicated outboard and small-craft background who enjoys the faster turnaround of tender work compared to a full engine room overhaul.
