Composite Technician — Refit Yard

We need a composite technician for gelcoat repair, structural laminate work and fairing on yachts hauled out at our Genoa yard, from small collision repairs to hull fairing ahead of a full repaint during the winter refit programme.

Work is split between spray booth prep, hand lamination for structural repairs and general osmosis treatment on older hulls. Experience with polyester and epoxy systems, vacuum bagging for larger repairs, and colour-matching gelcoat is expected; a steady hand and patience for fairing work over several days is more important than speed.
