Lead Deckhand — M/Y (Caribbean charter)

We are looking for a lead deckhand for our 38 m charter motor yacht based in St Maarten, running weekly charters through the Leeward Islands from November to May. You will report to the mate and work alongside one deckhand, taking charge of the daily deck task list.

We are looking for someone with at least three years on deck aboard charter yachts, confident running the exterior programme independently between charters and setting a standard for varnish and stainless steel work that guests notice.
