About the role
We are looking for a seasonal captain for our 36 m sailing yacht based in Palma de Mallorca, running charter weeks between the Balearics, the Costa Brava and Sardinia from April through October. The vessel carries a crew of five and takes up to ten guests, and the season is built around a mix of one-week charters and delivery legs at either end.
You will hold full command responsibility, run the sail handling programme with the mate and bosun, and manage guest relations on a boat where the captain is often the most visible crew member on deck. A Master <500GT certificate of competency and a valid ENG1 are required; GMDSS General Operator's Certificate and PDSD are an advantage. We are looking for someone with sailing yacht command experience, not only motor yacht time.

- ISM/ISPS compliance
- Technical liaison with the management office
- Winter layup planning
