On behalf of a private owner, we are recruiting a third engineer for a 100 m+ explorer-class motor yacht cruising worldwide. The company name is revealed once you apply; the vessel's identity stays confidential. Joining is arranged through Fort Lauderdale on 2:2 rotation. Engine room rounds, generator servicing and workshop support under the chief and second engineer make up the daily routine.
We are looking for someone with at least two years of engine room experience, comfortable running watches during long ocean passages and keeping accurate maintenance logs. An Approved Engine Course 1 and a valid ENG1 are required.
