Chief Engineer — M/Y (2:2 rotation)

We are looking for a chief engineer with full engine room responsibility for our 52 m motor yacht, based in Monaco and cruising the Balearics and the Tyrrhenian through the season. MTU main engines, Kohler generators, Naiad stabilisers and a fully automated HVAC system make up the plant, on a Cayman-flagged vessel under 2:2 rotation.

You will run a small engineering team, keep the planned maintenance system current, and lead the yard period during the refit planned for winter 2027. An Approved Engine Course 2 and a valid ENG1 are required; MCA Y3 and Advanced Fire Fighting are an advantage. We are looking for someone with at least eight years of engine room experience who can plan spare parts procurement and manage the fuel, water and waste balance without daily oversight.
