Dockhand — Marina & Refit Yard

We are hiring a dockhand for the busy berths at our Genoa marina and refit yard. Day-to-day work covers line handling for arriving and departing yachts, keeping the pontoons and fuel dock tidy, and helping the dockmaster with mooring changes during the high season.

No formal qualifications are required beyond basic seamanship and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather, including some early mornings for tide-dependent lifts. This is a good entry point into shore-based marine work, with on-the-job training in line handling, fendering and small-boat driving provided by the senior team.
