Waiter — Cruise Ship (Caribbean itinerary)

We are looking for a waiter to work a fixed section of the main dining room across two seatings a night, serving up to 3,000 guests on seven-night Western Caribbean cruises out of Miami. You will learn table assignments, allergen and dietary flags, and formal-night service standards during a short onboard induction before your first sailing.

Food Hygiene Level 2 and Crowd Management training must be completed before joining, alongside STCW Basic Safety Training and a current ILO/MLC Medical Certificate. Previous restaurant service experience ashore is welcome; a full year of shipboard experience is not required for this entry-level contract.
