About the role
We are looking for a second stewardess to support the head of service on a large private motor yacht based in Palma de Mallorca, on a 2:2 rotation with year-round employment through the Balearics and Western Mediterranean.
You will run formal service alongside the head of service during owner visits, manage silver and glassware inventory, and take charge of the interior schedule during their leave periods. We are looking for someone with at least three years of yacht interior experience with genuine service standard training, ready to step into a leadership role during rotation handovers.
