Head of Housekeeping — M/Y (Private)

We are looking for a head of housekeeping for a large private motor yacht based in Palma de Mallorca, on a 2:2 rotation with year-round employment. The owner uses the vessel regularly through the Balearics and Western Mediterranean, so cabins and guest areas are kept to a standing five-star standard whether or not guests are aboard.

You will run the housekeeping and detailing schedule for a large number of guest cabins and public areas, manage linen and interior stock inventory, and supervise a housekeeping team of three. At the owner's request, company and vessel details are shared only after an initial interview. We are looking for someone with at least five years leading a housekeeping department on a similarly sized yacht.
