Purser — M/Y (Private, explorer, year-round)

We are looking for a purser to run the administrative and financial side of the interior department on a private explorer motor yacht based in Fort Lauderdale, with a cruising programme that alternates between the Bahamas, the Caribbean and longer transits to the Pacific.

You will manage crew payroll, budgets, provisioning accounts and guest itinerary paperwork, working closely with the captain and the head of service on owner and guest scheduling. Discretion is essential: the vessel's ownership and identity are not disclosed publicly, and the successful candidate will sign a confidentiality agreement before joining. We are looking for someone with at least seven years of interior department experience on yachts over 70 m, ideally with prior purser or assistant purser responsibility, comfortable managing multi-currency accounts across long international itineraries.
