Bosun — M/Y (Private, 2:2 rotation)

We are looking for a bosun on 2:2 rotation for a privately owned motor yacht in the 60-80 m class, based in Palma de Mallorca and cruising the Balearics and Western Mediterranean through the season. At the owner's request, the vessel's identity is not published; interviews follow reference checks.

You will run the deck team's daily work plan, supervise tender and water sports operations, and keep the paint, varnish and teak maintenance programme on schedule. We are looking for someone with at least four years on yachts over 50 m, comfortable leading a team of four deckhands under a chief officer.
