Deckhand — Catamaran (Balearic day charter)

Seasonal deckhand for our 26 m sailing catamaran running day and half-day charters out of Palma de Mallorca, mostly along the south-west coast and out to Sa Dragonera. A small crew of three handles turnovers between guest groups several times a week during the busy summer months.

You will help with mooring, tender launches, guest safety briefings and general deck upkeep, and pitch in on cleaning between charters. We welcome couples applying together if one partner can also help with light interior or galley duties. No prior catamaran experience required, but STCW Basic Safety Training and a valid ENG1 must be in place before joining.
