Head of Service — M/Y (Private, explorer)

We are looking for a head of service to set and run the silver-service standard across dining, bar and formal guest service on a private explorer motor yacht based in Fort Lauderdale. Owner and guest visits are infrequent but extended, sometimes several weeks at a time, so consistency and attention to detail matter more than volume.

You will train and lead a service team of four, manage wine and beverage inventory, and coordinate directly with the galley on plated service timing. We are looking for someone with at least six years of formal service experience on yachts over 60 m, comfortable running a small but exacting team on long ocean passages as well as at anchor.
