Ship's Doctor — Cruise Ship (Caribbean itinerary)

We are looking for a ship's doctor to run the onboard medical centre for a crew and passenger complement of around 4,300 on seven-night Caribbean itineraries out of Miami. The centre handles everything from routine consultations and seasickness to acute emergencies and stabilisation ahead of a medical evacuation at the next port.

A current Medical Care certificate and ILO/MLC Medical Certificate are required alongside STCW Basic Safety Training; Medical First Aid instructor qualification is an advantage for training crew in first responder duties. We are looking for a licensed physician with at least eight years of clinical practice, ideally including prior sea service or emergency medicine experience, comfortable working with limited diagnostic equipment far from shoreside backup.
