Retail Manager — Cruise Ship (Caribbean itinerary)

We are looking for a retail manager to run the duty-free shops, jewellery boutique and logo store aboard our cruise ship on Western Caribbean itineraries out of Miami. You will manage a team of shop associates, plan promotional events on sea days, and reconcile duty-free inventory and sales with the shoreside concession partner after every voyage.

Crowd Management training, STCW Basic Safety Training and a current ILO/MLC Medical Certificate are required. We are looking for someone with at least four years of retail management experience, ideally including duty-free or luxury goods, comfortable running inventory counts and sales targets on a fixed weekly cycle.
