Sole Chef — S/Y (Charter season)

We are looking for a sole chef to run the galley single-handed on our 36 m sailing yacht, based in Palma de Mallorca for a Balearics and Western Mediterranean charter season. Up to eight guests, a compact galley below deck, and a market-driven menu style that leans on fresh local produce picked up during island stops.

You will plan menus around what is available at each stop, manage the provisioning budget, and coordinate meal timing around the sailing schedule and manoeuvres. We are looking for someone with at least four years of galley experience able to run a full charter menu without support, comfortable working in a smaller galley footprint than a typical motor yacht.
