Crew Chef — M/Y Explorer (Confidential, worldwide)

On behalf of a private owner, we are recruiting a crew chef to feed a crew of around twenty aboard a 100 m+ explorer-class motor yacht cruising worldwide. The company name is revealed once you apply; the vessel's identity stays confidential. Joining is arranged through Fort Lauderdale on 2:2 rotation, while supporting the head chef during owner and guest visits with meal prep and plating.

Daily crew meals, a rolling provisioning list and galley hygiene are your core responsibility, with additional galley support during busy service periods. We are looking for someone with at least two years of galley experience on a busy vessel, comfortable provisioning for extended offshore legs.
