Head Cook — Gulet

We are looking for a head cook preparing Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine for our 32 m gulet, based in Bodrum for the season. Three meals a day for up to 12 guests plus the six-person crew, working from a compact galley with a weekly market run in Bodrum or Gocek depending on the route.

STCW Basic Safety Training and a current TR Seafarer Health Certificate are required; a TR Ship's Cook certificate or Food Hygiene Level 2 is an advantage. We are looking for someone with at least three years' galley experience on a charter vessel, comfortable working alone during quieter weeks and coordinating with the captain on provisioning stops. Couples where one partner covers deck are welcome to apply together.
