Gulet Captain — Gulet (Bodrum charters)

We are looking for a seasonal captain for our 32 m gulet operating out of Bodrum, running weekly blue cruise charters between Bodrum, Gocek and Kekova from late April through October. Guests come aboard for six or seven-day charters, so the route changes week to week, and local knowledge of anchorages and weather windows in the Gulf of Gokova matters more than open-sea passage experience.

You will manage a crew of six, handle guest relations directly since there is no separate cruise director, and follow up on vessel maintenance between charters. A TR Yacht Master certificate (limited to 499 GT) and a current TR Seafarer Health Certificate are required; a TR Short Range Certificate is an advantage. We are looking for someone with at least eight years at sea, most of it on charter gulets or similar day-boat operations in the Turkish Aegean.
