Head Chef — M/Y (Private, explorer)

We are looking for a head chef to run the galley on a private explorer motor yacht based in Fort Lauderdale, cooking for the owner's family and guests across long ocean passages and remote anchorages where resupply can be days away. Menus need to flex between formal plated dinners and simple family meals, with careful stock planning for weeks between provisioning stops.

You will manage a sous chef and crew chef, run allergen and special diet tracking for a family with recurring dietary requirements, and plan provisioning for extended offshore legs including the Pacific crossing planned for next season. We are looking for someone with at least eight years running a yacht or comparable galley, calm under the pressure of remote provisioning and confident managing a full galley team.
