Dive Instructor — S/Y (Caribbean charter season)

We are looking for a dive instructor for our 28 m charter sailing yacht, based in Antigua for the Caribbean winter season running Antigua, St Barths and the Grenadines. Guest reef dives, PADI referral courses and snorkelling excursions are a core part of the charter offering, alongside general interior support duties.

You will plan and lead dive excursions, maintain dive and snorkelling equipment, and run safety briefings for every dive. Couples where one partner covers a deck or interior role are welcome to apply together. We are looking for a PADI instructor with at least two years of dive guiding experience in the Caribbean, comfortable combining dive duties with light interior support between excursions.
