Ship's Cook — M/T (90/30 rotation)

We are looking for a ship's cook for a 183 m product tanker carrying a crew of 22. Rotation is 90 days on, 30 days off, joining and signing off in Singapore.

You will plan and prepare three meals a day for the crew within a fixed provisioning budget, keep HACCP and galley hygiene records current, and manage the dry and cold stores inventory between resupply ports. A TR Ship's Cook certificate, Food Hygiene Level 2 and a current MLC medical certificate are required, along with at least three years of galley experience at sea.
